Over the last several legislative sessions we have been able to see consecutive record funding increases, providing needed resources from the state.  Locally we have been working with KCS and providing our own sessions to ensure the very best growth opportunities.

As the official conferencing agent on behalf of certified employees in Knox County, we are living this out daily.  While we cannot conference directly for our Ed Support staff, we are able to still organize with our ESP members!  We will keep working until KCS provides the best beneftit package possible.

As our MOU through Collaborative Conferencing has additional rights and benefits, along with the myriad of other state and federal statutes it is imperative that Knox County Educators have a strong advocate in their building, support through the KCEA/TEA/NEA family - We have YOUR back!
